Resources to help you plan and organize trainings

The Montana Conservation Corps (Bozeman, MT) identifies all its training needs before the year starts and uses an Excel template to track when the topics will be addressed, who will conduct the training, and what issues still need to be considered. Members can use the form as a record of trainings received. The Corps also uses an event planning checklist when organizing more complicated trainings.
