Host Site Handbook

Answering host sites' questions from the beginning

Adapt this resource to create your own handbook for host sites. Use it to:

  • Review roles and responsibilities
  • Discuss processes and requirements
  • Communicate planned training and meeting dates
  • Define expectations of members and site supervisors

Be sure to stay current with CNCS policies and regulations to make certain your handbook is in compliance. Please note that resources are samples and may require updating as new information becomes available from CNCS. Contact your CNCS program officer with any questions you may have.

The site handbook was contributed by SEE West Monroe (West Monroe, LA), an AmeriCorps*State program that enhances the lives of individuals and community residents through education and service. SEE stands for Serve, Educate, and Empower.
