Quality of Service Survey

A quarterly check in for VISTA members

This survey can be used in tandem with quarterly reports and evaluations. It focuses on member growth and satisfaction, and includes questions to add at different points in the service year.

It was adapted from a survey by American Red Cross of Greater Indianapolis AmeriCorps*VISTA program (Indianapolis, IN), which supports the American Red Cross mission to help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to disasters.
