A literacy program example

This reporting form demonstrates how one reading program tracks information needed for CNCS quarterly reports and also provides a way for members to reflect on their service.

It was contributed by Idaho's State Department of Education Idaho Reads! VISTA Project (Boise, ID). The program supports statewide efforts to break cycles of poverty and illiteracy and it works to ensure that every child is reading successfully by third grade through community involvement and support.
