Final administrative issues
Not only do you need to fulfill all the requirements of your AmeriCorps program or VISTA assignment in order to complete your service. Toward the end of your term, your supervisor will tell you the boxes to check before you move on.
Filling out your exit paperwork can give you a sense of closure. It also marks the formal transition from your year of national service. At the same time, it's an opportunity to continue developing your ethic of service.
